No.Vember is a free 5-day challenge for divorced or divorcing women who are done performing “nice” to keep the peace. In under 5 minutes a day, you’ll practice small, potent nos that add up to a big identity shift—out of over-responsibility and into self-authority. We’ll play with the taboo, ditch the ‘good girl,’ and prove that you can be love + light and refuse what doesn’t serve. She does what she wants, when she wants—and life still goes on.
